October 29, 2026 - 23:17

Charissa Thompson has built a prominent career as a sports broadcaster, but her personal life has also drawn attention over the years. Here is a closer look at her relationships, including her current partner and her previous marriages.

Thompson is currently in a relationship with Steven Cundari. The two have been linked since around 2021, and their relationship has remained largely private compared to some of her earlier high-profile romances. Cundari works in the business world, and the couple has occasionally appeared together at public events.

Before her relationship with Cundari, Thompson was married twice. Her first marriage was to sports anchor Kyle Montgomery. The two tied the knot in 2006 but later divorced. She then married former NFL player Trace Armstrong in 2017. That marriage also ended in divorce, with the split reported in 2020.

Thompson has spoken candidly about balancing her demanding career with her personal life. She has noted that working in sports media involves extensive travel and irregular hours, which can make relationships challenging. Despite the scrutiny that comes with being a public figure, she has generally kept details of her romantic life close to the vest.

Her career includes time at ESPN, Fox Sports, and NFL Network, where she has become a familiar face to sports fans. Through it all, Thompson has maintained a focus on her professional growth while navigating the ups and downs of her personal relationships away from the spotlight.
